The Federal Energy Management Program’s (FEMP) Technical Resilience Navigator (TRN) Lite helps organizations manage the risk to critical missions from disruptions to energy and water services and critical load operations. The TRN Lite provides a systematic approach to identifying vulnerabilities and inefficiencies with a site’s energy and water systems while auto-generating solutions that are likely to reduce risk.

Data entered on the following TRN Lite forms will not be saved automatically. To enable future analysis or revisit your work, store the data entered in the TRN Lite by clicking the “Create TRN Lite Assessment” button available at the bottom of each screen.

Optionally, to pre-populate the data, you may download a TRN Lite input Excel file, fill it out, and upload it to the TRN Lite. This input data template is available either with or without example data , which can be used as a revisable starting point. This data upload feature is accessible upon clicking the “Start Now” button.
