Risk Driver Summary
See an overview of risk drivers at the site or select a subset of risk drivers to focus on among critical functions, critical loads, facilities, hazards, and load failures. Viewing by hazards or load failures will only show risk driven by that cause, while a focus on critical functions, critical loads, or facilities may show risk driven by all causes. For each subset, you can either view a summary of the data or a more detailed look at each risk driver type, including (where relevant) the associated supply type(s) affected.
Unweighted risk in the TRN Lite is in terms of hours of disruption. Weighted risk accounts for the relative importance of the critical functions supported by critical loads, by multiplying unweighted risk by the appropriate criticality weighting factor for each risk scenario. Results are presented in terms of weighted risk. Weighted risk does not have units; rather it should be used as a tool to compare relative risk levels instead of evaluating the absolute values.
What characteristics of hazards are driving risk?
